Don't count on them. We got a confirmation and 2 days later they emailed us they were not available. These guys are a farce.

I have purchased tickets to an event and it says the tickets won't be ready for delivery until 12/28, the event is on 12/31 and I have a hotel booked for 12/30 and 12/31... is there anyway to track my tickets and possibly get in touch with the seller to see if they can send them sooner? I've emailed someone already and still no response and no confirmation email but money was taken from account immediately... I knew stubhub was the way to go :(

They have a number to call them. My son called and talked to them about our tickets. They were less than helpful. Try their website for the number. Good luck. These guys are worthless

How do you know this are legit tickets?
A :
I do not. They wouldn't sell me the tickets unless I gave them more info. I did buy the exact set of tickets with NO drama. My AmEx card experienced fraudulent activity the next day. Multiple fraudulent attempts with 48 hours of trying to use the seat geek website. First time my card was compromised since 1990.

The usher took us to the ticket box who confirmed our tickets were original however, the original ticket holder can report them loss or stolen and reprint them online which is exactly what they did. The people who were sitting in our seats were printed

Is there any way I can confirm that my e-tickets are legit and nothing will go wrong come the day of the game? I want to know NOW that my tix are good and there will not be any hitches on game day.
A :
I bought Dallas Cowboy tickets for $700 and guess what? No good! They were original tickets but the owner resold them twice. Seatgeek makes no warranty. Buy at your own risk but I'll never buy from them again.

I would call them and insist they provide you with the answers. If they can't, I would deal with StubHub. They are my first and only choice for tickets.

They do not have a low price guarantee and told me to got to the actual seller of the ticket (Ticket Zoom which had a hidden service fee and ended up paying twice the price). I will go to Ticket Master next time.

I personally have not heard of bogus tickets. However, after what this company did to hundreds of fans that paid thousands of dollars for Super Bowl tickets, then never received them, shows me the kind of company they are. People traveled to where the game was being played, rented hotels and had all the other expenses, only to be told they had no tickets. My favorite ticket site is StubHub. Used it for years.

I want to buy tickets from SeatGeek, but am very concerned. I am looking at uberseat tickets only, but see a lot of negative reviews. If I buy tickets from SeatGeek, will I have a confirmation number, actual tickets, and the correct tickets? I have never used this before. The "no extra fees" policy concerns me.
A :
The confirmation number you get is worthless because they are absent any customer service to assist you. They will hit you with a bunch of auto responses to any email you send. That will be the extent of the customer service experience after paying high fees for this service.

Shana is correct, Seat Geek takes no responsibility for tickets and have no customer service and will not return calls if things do not work out Stub Hub is much better
